Custom Designs - Proof & Approval Policy
To ensure your custom laser engraved item is exactly how you envisioned it, we will provide a digital design proof and/or mockup for your review before production begins. Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, grammar, dates, layout, sizing, and overall design. Production will not begin until we receive your approval.
Once a design proof has been approved, it is considered final.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional design fees and may delay production. If we do not receive approval within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be delayed. Production and estimated delivery times begin only after the final design has been approved.
Cancellations & Refunds Policy
Since every creation that we make is finished by hand, each one will have its own unique character. Small differences in color, texture, and details are expected and are what make your item truly one of a kind.
Because of this, All sales are FINAL.
We encourage you to inspect your items upon receipt and contact us ASAP if the item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong item.
All issues must be sent to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. If we are not contacted within this time period, the issue may not be resolved.
