Once your order is placed, we will create a design and send you a "proof" through email for approval before creating your custom tumbler.  The proof will show the general layout, size, and placement of the engraving on the item, but it does NOT show the actual engraving. Please provide a good email address where we can send the proof for approval. Once we have your approval, we will process the order and engrave your item.
