To ensure your custom laser engraved item is exactly how you envisioned it, we will provide a digital design proof and/or mockup for your review before production begins.
Please review your proof carefully, including spelling, grammar, dates, layout, sizing, and overall design. Production will not begin until we receive your approval.
Once a design proof has been approved, it is considered final.
Any changes requested after approval may result in additional design fees and may delay production.
If we do not receive approval within a reasonable timeframe, your order may be delayed.
Production and estimated delivery times begin only after the final design has been approved.
